A thigh lift removes any excess skin that has built up on the thighs.
You can expect to be in Poland for 4 nights.

An inner thigh lift removes loose skin and lifts the remaining skin. Liposuction will reduce fat volume, but may worsen the appearance of your inner thighs if your primary problem is skin laxity.
If your problem involves loose skin with poor tone, the inner thigh lift will be your best. option
If your problem is related to excessive fat, then liposuction is most appropriate.
If your problem is both loose skin and excess fat, you may wish to consider inner thigh lift with liposuction - pending consultation with our surgeon.

The best candidates for inner thigh lift
The best candidates for inner thigh lift are those with loose excess inner thigh skin. You should be physically healthy, psychologically stable and realistic in your expectations. Your age is not a major consideration. The best time to consider an inner thigh lift is once you have stabilized your weight through diet and/or exercise.

The procedure
The incision begins in the groin area and proceeds round your inner thigh and on to your buttocks. A vertical wedge of skin can also be removed along the inner thigh to correct any skin sagginess to enable horizontal and vertical skin tightening. Further incisions may be required but not frequently.

How will I feel after the surgery?
You are likely to feel tired and suffer from some numbness and pain - especially 1–3 days post surgery. You will be given painkillers and other tablets to reduce the swelling. Our surgeon will also prescribe antibiotics to prevent infection. An occassional side-effect is constipation.

You will stay at at the clinic for 1 night and will wear a special compression bandage. Should drains be placed, they will be removed 1 to 3 days after the surgery. You will be given special underwear garments to wear for 4-6 weeks post procedure. These are essential to achieving good results following surgery.

Our surgeon uses dissolvable stitches, which need to be removed 21 days post surgery. Within 2 weeks you can return to everyday activities, avoiding strenuous effort. By 4 weeks you can gradually resume exercise. Any bruising and swelling will usually dissipate within 1–2 months. Your freshly tightened inner thigh skin will slowly loosen in response to gravity and within 10 years, you might need another inner thigh lift. If you lose significant weight, your skin may become lax, and you may be ready for another lift sooner. Bruising or inflammation of the treated area is common, but this will disappear within the first 2 months. The finished results can then be seen soon afterwards.

Possible risks and complications
Liposuction has a slightly higher risk for those individuals with existing medical conditions such as diabetes, significant heart or lung disease, poor blood circulation, or who have recently had surgery near the area to be contoured. However, any specific risks and the suitability of liposuction for a given individual can only properly be determined at the time of consultation.
